 Noida Sector 150:

Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, Sector-150, Noida, is the most preferred location of Noida because the master plan of this sector is planned by authority in a way that out of 600 acres land , about 80 percent is kept for greenery and sports amenities, 20 percent is allotted for construction-related activities to various A category developers , and 42 acres Saheed Bhagat Singh park, Biggest park in Noida . Apart from this, the area is low on population density, with Low FAR.  connectivity is the prime factor , the locality is situated around the Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway, Yamuna Expressway and Eastern Peripheral Expressway. Sector 150 is most demanding location as per reports in last half year . There are couple of developers offered possession like ATS, ACE. Area between sector 142 to 149 is most demanding as for commercial and IT/ITES land available and leased to Major IT companies like Microsoft, TCS, Data center ,Samsung ,Infosys.
There are several commercial projects for which construction is going on. Some naming Bhutani Cyberthum, Alphathum,Assotech Buisness Crestera, Advant is already a landmark where Samsung corporate office already leased out.
