Noida Sector 150:
Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, Sector-150, Noida, is the most preferred location of Noida because the master plan of this sector is planned by authority in a way that out of 600 acres land , about 80 percent is kept for greenery and sports amenities, 20 percent is allotted for construction-related activities to various A category developers , and 42 acres Saheed Bhagat Singh park, Biggest park in Noida . Apart from this, the area is low on population density, with Low FAR. connectivity is the prime factor , the locality is situated around the Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway, Yamuna Expressway and Eastern Peripheral Expressway.
