Carpet area - It is that area which buyers can use in their apartment . The area coverd by tiles/marble horizontally is a Carpet Area. Excluding walls and common area.

Super Area - It is that area which is calculated as carpet area including walls, lifts , Common area,stairs.

MALE=7%=2100000*7%

                  =1,47000               

  And if we calculate on super area it is 2,10,000.

Approximately An amount of  60,000 get reduced on a 30 lakh property.
